Re-manufactured Bin Lifters

Our Scope of Works includes but can be altered to client's requirements:

- Lifter removed from body

- Weighing systems removed from lifter

- Lifter cleaned prior to engineering works

- Lifter profile side wings and components replaced where required

- All pins, bushings and bearings replaced

- Hydraulic reams pressure tested

- Control boxes, wiring loams, button stations, proximity switches inspected and repaired/replaced, as required

- Lifter shot blasted and painted

- Safety decals fitted throughout

- Safety steps installed

Sand blasting

Our shot blasting department allows all refurbished & repair items to be blasted in-house thus ensuring painting works are completed satisfactorily.

Spray painting

Our in-house spray painting department allows us to prime & finish paint any vehicle or piece of equipment that has undergone repair works within MCF or by others. We undertake commercial spray painting on bodies also.

Electric Loom reconditioning

Our auto technicians can recondition electronic looms, junction boxes, button stations etc. at competitive prices.
